奥雅设计三个项目入围World Architecture Festival | 喜讯
World Architecture Festival is one of the largest and most prestigious selection and award ceremonies in the international Architecture field, and is known as the Oscar of the Architecture field.
Among the recently announced 2020-2021 shortlist, The Hongshan Lake Civil Park, Anshun and Wuhan OCT Wetland Park designed by L&A Design were selected for the Landscape-Nature Context , while Plot 140 POLY | Guanggang was selected for theLandscape-Urban Context.
Hongshan Lake Civil Park, Anshun

位于安顺市核心建设区及国家级景区内，是城市未来的生活容器，也是与传统景区的一场时空对话。
Hongshan Lake Civil Park, the project sitelocated in the core urban construction region, is a part of the national scenicarea in Anshun, Guizhou Province.Low Impact Development Strategy was mainly adopted to renovate the existed scenic area and to build a generator for futurecity life. The Design Team emphasized the conceptof ecologically sustainable development on this project to establish a spongecity system: a rainwater treatment zone was set up to reduce pressure on urban drainage, further to restore resilient ecological communities in the park. The existing rich vertical resources on the site were well utilized to establish the relationship between human and nature, and to make ecologically natural scenery widelyavailable to citizens. It aimed at building an ecology-oriented urban publicspace with an integrated eco-system, a lush plant system of various species,also a rational layout for functional facilities and landscaping areas.
Wuhan OCT Wetland Park

城市湿地公园作为一种独特的公园类型，不同于城市公园的娱众性，也不同于自然保护区的纯保护性，它的改造和治理成为尺度把控的课题。
As a unique type of park, urban wetlandpark is different from urban park with recreational functions or naturereserves with pure protection. Its renovation and governance have become asubject of scale control.面对项目，奥雅团队将生态系统修复以及疫情后的人气再聚集定为设计的关键所在。将场地基底的恢复与保护放在首位，着重恢复水生态系统，建立生态可持续的水体净化系统。运用色彩活化公园氛围，增加体验与互动装置，增加教育科普展示功能，既强调公园整体形象，又赋予公园现代明快、生态自然的空间感。
In the face of Wuhan Overseas Chinese TownWetland Park Project, L&A Design Team identified the restoration of theecosystem and the re-gathering of popularity after COVID-19 Epidemic as the keyto the design. It put the restoration and protection of the site base in thefirst place, focusing on restoring the water ecosystem, and establishing anecologically sustainable water purification system. It also used color elementsto activate the atmosphere of the park, increased experiential and interactiveinstallations, as well as the educational science displays, which can not onlyemphasize the overall image of the park, but also give the park a modern,bright, ecological and natural sense of space.

The Plot 140 POLY | Guanggang was Located in the historical city center, Guanggang New Town occupies limited land resources, all of which are planned to be built high-rise residential communities except for the CentralPark Ecological Axis. Generally, landscaping areas are cramped in these communities. The southern side of the project site is adjacent to the industrial heritage of Guangzhou Steel Works with a history of 50 years, and thesite covers a long and narrow land with a north-south distance of only 40 meters.
设计运用立体园林概念，结合周边景观资源，通过构建空中立体连廊，在高密度城市空间的紧凑型社区内，为居民创造了多元的社区空间及丰富的景观体验。上下一体化立体园林扩展了居民的活动空间,增进了人跟环境的互动和联系,同时也为居民营造了可观,可玩,可停，可游的独特景观体验。设计重视交往空间的营造，让景观成为邻里交流的生活发生器，满足了居住者在紧凑型城市空间下对自然的渴望。Thereupon, this vertical garden was born to put up unified visual experience within existing landscaping-surrounding landscapes connected by an elevated pedestrian corridor system. Elevated spatial patterns are reasonably adopted to provide more choices for residents' daily interactive recreations. Light and shadows are playing brightly in this up-and-down vertical garden by various exquisite design elements, giving people rich landscape experience and visual enjoyment changing with each moving step. Also, this project well redefines the value of historical landscape heritage in Guanggang New Town, by which the contermporary residential landscape and historical landscape resources are well integrated.

世界建筑节（World Architecture Festival，简称WAF）是国际建筑界规模最大、声望最高的盛事之一，2021年决赛将于葡萄牙里斯本举行。
The World Architecture Festival is one of the largest and most prestigious international Architecture events, will hold its 2021 final in Lisbon, Portugal.本届建筑节吸引了超过1000件已建成作品、将建成作品以及室内设计作品参赛，其中，已完工类别&景观类别入围名单共有291个入围项目，中国项目100个，占比34.4%，恭喜入围的中国团队！
